Eligibility Criteria for OBC Probationary Officers

Educational Qualification:
a) For HRD Officers:  Graduation in any discipline & Post graduate Degree/Diploma from recognized by AICET in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/HRD/ Social Work/ Labour Law OR Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Management with specialization in HRD from recognized University.
b) Hindi Officer/Rajbhasha Adhikari: A Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the Degree level OR A Post Graduate Degree in Sanskrit with English & Hindi as subject at the Degree Level.

c) Manager (Law): A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB).
d) Chief Manager (Company Secretary): A Degree from a recognized University with ACS from institute of Company Secretary of India.
e) Chief Manager (Risk Management): MBA in (Finance/Risk Management) OR equivalent qualification from recognized University/ Institution OR CA/First Class Graduate I Risk Management.
f) Manager (Architect): A Bachelor Degree in Architect from recognized University.
g) Manager (Civil Engineer): A basic Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
h) Manager (Electrical Engineer): A basic Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
i) Security Officer: An Officer with 5 year commissioned service in Army/Navy/Air Force OR a Police officer not below than the rank of Asst. Superintendent of Police/ Dy. Superintendent of Police.

 Category candidates.
2) For Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM & Rs. 100/- for other Category candidates.
