The Bank has given a recruitment notification for the Post of  Probationary Officer Recruitment Programme Drive for May 2012. The Bank has looking for a graduates who perusing their career in Banking sector.The bank has merged with Manipal University & starts Probationary Officer Program 2012-13 & give the opportunity to the Graduates students to get guarantee Job in ICICI Bank. The interesting part of the course  to complete a PG Diploma or MBA Degree while working with the Bank.The Programme is conducted across all over India in July/August-2012.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation in any Discipline with 55% marks in aggregate from recognized university & Freshers can also eligible.

Age Limit:

Candidates must be 25 yrs of age as on 31 Oct. 2012.

Selection Procedure Criteria

Applicant should be short Listed & intimate about the next course of  process. The Selection will be a mulch-stage Process:

1. Aptitude Test. 
2. Group Discussion.
3.  Profiling.
4. Interview.  

Fee of the Probationary Officer Training Programme

The fee of the Probationary Officer Training Programme is Rs. 3.5 lakh (including Service Tax)  which would be provided by the ICICI bank at a subside rate of interest (2.5% p.a). After completing the Training Programme, the Probationary Officer would be appointed as a Assistant Manager in the Bank.The loan amount will be repaid to the Bank in monthly installments(EMI) & there would be no recovery during the Training Period.The EMI is payable for 60 months.
